Project Petunia Policy

License

All media on this website, used in the project, and the final result of the project is published under a Creative Commons Attribution License. If you participate in the project, all the data you submit will also be released under that license.

Excluded from the creative commons license are: All the logos on this website (including the macouno logo, and the creative commons logo), and associated trademarks.

In short it means that everyone can use all data for whatever they want as long as they give credit to the project. So if you do want to use something yourself, just mention the project, and this website in your credits and you're ok.

Registration, Participation, and Privacy

You do not need to be registered to browse this website, or download content. If you want to participate/submit data however, you need to register. Project Petunia uses free registration for participation in the project. All of the registration information you submit will be stored by Project Petunia.

You need to have a working e-mail account to be able to participate. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when you register. No other e-mail will be sent to you unless you tell us you want us to.

Be aware that if you submit personal information over the internet (here as well), there is a chance that it may be collected and used by others. We will of course do our best to protect the privacy of participants.

Receiving credit

All people registered to the project, and actively participating in it will be credited for their work. Participants can submit the name they want credited in their account panel.

Changes to this statement

We reserve the right to modify these policies from time to time for any reason without notice. You should visit the Website periodically to review any changes.
