 This week I received something rather nice in the mail. An absolutely gorgeous prototyped print of the original Petunia model from the guys at www.shapeways.com and I can't stop looking at it. It's rather nice to have a figure you can actually hold. But I decided I'll give it away! So... how can you get my original copy of the very first real life Petunia???
Naturally you'll have to do something. We can use your help so we'll make you work for it. The first thing that came to mind is that our "script" is lacking a little bit. The general idea is ok, but there's no goal, no purpose, no proper backstory. That's where you come in!
 The story
The main idea behind the story/script is this... Lots of robots enter a field/empty space and fight until there's only one left. You can look at the script page for some more detailed information if you want it.
What I have currently is just a general idea. The only thing that you need to keep into account is that it's a fight in a big open space. Other than that... you're free to come up with whatever is cool. Most interesting though is "why do they all fight?"!!! That's the big concept that is really needed. Once that has been set, the rest suddenly becomes quite easy.
How to help/enter

Leave your ideas/messages there. And remember this: I am not seeing it as a formal competition... all that is needed is a great concept. So it's fine if you take someone else's idea and improve it for instance. Lets keep it fun. Once there's something really usable I'll decide who I think helped most, and send that person the model. I don't care where in the world you are either, I'll just send it wherever.
